Clarification Text Regarding Sending Commercial Electronic Messages

Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), this clarification text has been prepared in order to inform you about the processing of your personal data. As the data controller, ADIYAMAN ÖZEL SEVGİ SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ TİC. SAN. A.Ş. ("PARK HOSPITAL") processes your personal data within the scope of the Law and relevant legislation.

1. Processed Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected in the following categories:

• Credentials Name, surname, gender, date of birth.

• Contact Details: Telephone number, e-mail address, postal address.

• Marketing Information: Service history, survey results, cookie data, information obtained through campaign activities.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• Sending commercial electronic messages within the scope of marketing activities such as advertisements, campaigns and promotions offered by PARK HOSPITAL,

• Regular business communication via SMS, e-mail or telephone,

• Personal marketing activities based on past service or shopping habits,

• Conducting CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities and providing customised customer experience.

3. Method of Collection of Personal Data and Legal Basis

• Request correction of your incomplete or incorrectly processed data,

• Request deletion or destruction of your data,

• Learn about the third parties to whom your data has been transferred,

• Objecting to negative results arising from data analysed by automated systems,

• Request compensation for damages in the event of unlawful processing of your data.
