1. Data Controller
Private Adıyaman Park Hospital San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Adıyaman Park Hospital"), we act as a data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). Your personal data are processed by our company for the following purposes and methods within the framework of KVKK and relevant legislation.

You can submit your requests via our hospital's website or by applying in person. Your requests will be processed within 30 days at the latest, and in cases where a transaction fee is required, the cost will be reflected according to the relevant tariff.
